Isn’t that a beautiful scene? It was during my first holidays on the little german island Sylt. We enjoyed some days in autumn last year and had the chance to catch some sunbeams. Finally, lying in a beach chair, feeling the wind blow, we opened this Riesling Ölberg of my friend and winemaker Kai Schätzel from Rheinhessen, Germany. #Moments.
