As one of the big players for spanish sparkling wines, Juvé y Camps is well known for its Cava. Traditionally cava wines can be made of different grapes, whereas the most popular grapes, even at Juvé y Camps, are Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. The winery holds 400ha of vineyards, produces different levels of cava since 300 years and is named by the Lady of the house, Señiora Camps, who decided to produce only sparkling wines. Have you tried cava wines? And what are your thoughts on them?
