Chefdays? Gonna be fun!
So I booked a flight with my buddy Timo on Monday to join these convention in Berlin.
Unfortunately, first, my flight took off without me after waiting 90 mins in the security lane.
Then, second, after arriving at the Chefdays in Berlin, we realized that these convention is only for restaurant stuff and guys working IN the gastronomy.
Of course I have a lot of contact with gastronomy and it’s people, but I really have no idea which product to use for the right texture of a dish.
So, what to do?!
We decided to take it easy and enjoy the great food served by some really dope chefs.
Great products, a highly motivated atmosphere and – that was really impressive – every face was full of passion!
A big compliment goes to Rolling Pin. Why?
Easy. They did a great job in marketing to promote the event, before, during and even after the event! Well done, guys!
In the end I was so happy when they declared Joachim Wissler from Vendôme *** to Germany’s Best Chef! Period.
